We recognize the immense impact of Marketing Creatives on the success of our campaigns, and that’s why we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Motion Graphic Designer to spearhead our mobile marketing efforts.

As our Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting videos and advertising assets that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence. Your expertise in motion graphics, animation, and storytelling will be the driving force behind our campaigns, captivating users and driving conversions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuously research and analyze the market for the latest trends and tricks to develop new ideas from scratch for marketing materials
  • Create engaging videos, 2D animated motion graphics and images for marketing campaigns
  • Create content for the App Store, including images, videos, and feature graphics
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team who act upon marketing data and involve brainstorming sessions to develop better creatives through continuous improvement
  • Work with other artist and development team to produce polished motion content

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
  • Strong skills in the Adobe CC Suite – After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, or related software
  • Proven portfolio of projects
  • Knowledge of design, color, composition, typography, and conceptual ideation
  • Strong understanding of marketing design and best practices
  • Understanding of video sound effects

Art is one of the most important elements in gaming. We are seeking an experienced and highly talented Game Artist to play a crucial role in the team by creating CHARACTERS, ENVIRONMENTS, and GAME ITEMS from concept to final artwork, as well as designing the USER EXPERIENCE of our existing and future casual games.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuously research and analyze the market for the concept, art, and game feelings.
  • Develop visual concepts and ideas for games
  • Create and implement appealing environments, game assets, and characters from scratch
  • Design user experience
  • Find creative art solutions for the production challenges
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Game Developers to deliver the best gaming experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalents
  • Deep knowledge of composition, perspective, lighting, and color theory
  • 4+ years of experience in UI Art & Design and a strong portfolio, ideally showing a range of varying styles
  • Understanding of current Mobile Games market and its popular design styles

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the product manager in continuously improving our product development efforts.
  • Define in-game events, push notifications, live ops, etc.
  • Analyze competitors that could impact our success.
  • Understand, research, and follow trends in the gaming industry.
  • Create innovative Facebook and Instagram posts, and measure their impact through shares and engagement.
  • Support players by answering their questions and resolving their problems.
  • Drive the overall research strategy, discover innovative features, and ensure that product decisions are data-driven.
  • Gain deep insights into customer needs.
  • Understand user behaviors and needs, solve their problems, offer awesome features, and make the game more fun than ever.

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Turkish and English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product management for consumer products.
  • Creative, determined, and a quick learner.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of free-to-play game systems and economies.
  • Experience in consumer mobile or game development is preferred, but not required.
  • Passionate about games and creating engaging, fun, and addictive user experiences.
  • Ability to create wireframes, product specifications, and white papers.

Growth / UA Manager

We’re looking for star players to team up with for our journey to go beyond the limits and make Joker Game one of the best tech companies in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing growth strategy and KPIs around user retention, target audience, and channel mix.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
  • Create, run, and optimize app install campaigns on all channels such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and Ad Networks.
  • Conduct a hands-on operation to analyze and optimize creatives, targeting, bids & budgets to drive campaign goals and the highest ROI.
  • Keep up to date with new trends, develop innovative ideas, and perform A/B tests.
  • Write paid marketing creative briefs based on different user segments and marketing channels.
  • Follow-up marketing artists both in-house and outsourced.
  • Develop, manage, and execute best-in-class ASO strategies across the App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Create, maintain, test, and optimize all elements of app store presence which includes copies, assets, and keyword definition – in multiple languages.
  • Manage app pages and social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with the product team to drive events focused on acquisition and engagement.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Min. 2+ years of experience as a Growth/User Acquisition Marketer of mobile games/apps.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across key metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of user acquisition platforms especially in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in the use of mobile analytics and attribution platform preferably Adjust, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional data analytics and excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, chart creation, data visualization tools) with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An advanced level of written and spoken English.

This happened in months – not even a year! We’re seeking to team up with star players for our journey to go beyond the limits and make Joker Game one of the best mobile game company in the world. So the question is:

Are you passionate enough to rewrite the record books of mobile game industry and ready to be a key player of A team in our fast paced growing start-up environment?

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficient knowledge of Java and Object Oriented Programming
  • Good knowledge of MySQL
  • 3+ years of experience in Java Backend coding
  • Experience in a backend environment with high concurrency like 1.000+ is a huge plus
