We embarked on a journey to make the best mobile games in the world and that has just begun legendarily in Turkey when we made “Batak Club”, which is one of the most popular card games in mobile app markets. We’ve reached more than 4,000,000 registered users both online and offline. It’s not only that! “Batak Club” is also featured on Top Grossing Card Games lists on both App Store and Google Play. This happened in months – not even a year! We’re seeking to team up with star players to achieve our plans, one of which is to be one of the top 10 world-wide mobile game developers in mid term. Why are we here? To provide Community Manager through all the channels including our CRM System, Website, Mobile App Stores and Social Media.

Do you wish to join us on our path to success?

You’ll be responsible for;

Player relations: You’ll be the point of contact between Joker Game and its players, responding to players’ requests and presenting comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by Joker Game.

Game tests: Troubleshooting and resolving technical difficulties; when required, notify tech team about the issue through our project management tool, Jira and Confluence.

Content creation:  Writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials for  our Website and Social Media Channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.


  • Turkish & English proficiency both spoken and written,

  • The ability to use language grammar effectively,

  • Customer oriented perspective,

  • Good time management skills to enable prioritization of workload,

  • Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms at a time,

  • Analytical thinking and multitasking skills,

  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills,

  • High level reporting and presentation skills,

  • Can-do personality, creative and committed to improve oneself and continuously learn;

  • Previous work experience in customer service or technical support is a huge advantage,

MT – Community Management:

You’ll be responsible for;

  • Customer relations – monitoring, analyzing all user records and answering to them quickly through all the channels we have including our CRM system, support mails, social media accounts, app store reviews etc.
  • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels and website
  • Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties

 MT – Marketing:

  • Making researches about competitors and target audience in order to understand and define KPIs
  • Collaborating with Community Manager and Designer to define creatives of all the campaigns to reach the goals
  • Analyzing and optimizing all campaigns of our games on all performance channels based on A/B test and Multivariate stats.

MT – Product:

  • Overseeing daily/weekly QA processes and taking relevant actions work to ensure timely and successful launches
  • Creating the best gameplay, design and game experience for our users and generating new features based on advanced data analysis
  • Keeping up with game industry trends, patterns, and requirements
