JOKER GAME BİLİŞİM A.Ş. GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI

  • Joker Game, web ve mobil cihazlar için eğlence amaçlı sosyal oyunlar üretir ve yayınlar. Bundan böyle “Joker Game ” veya “ Biz ”, işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda Joker Game Bilişim AŞ, iştirakleri, ana şirketleri, ortak girişimleri ve ortak sahiplik altındaki diğer kurumsal varlıklar ve/veya bunların temsilcileri, vekilleri, danışmanları, çalışanları, müdür ve yöneticileri ve Joker Game A.Ş. ile bağlantısı olan girişimlerin hepsini ifade eder.
  • Bundan böyle “ Hizmetler ”; Joker Game’in sahip olduğu ve Joker Game’in hukuki ve/veya teknik olarak etki etme hakkının olduğu jokergame.net internet sitemiz, Google Play, App Store, Facebook, Facebook Gameroom, Windows Store, Amazon başta olmak üzere uygulama mağazaları ve erişime açık tüm internet siteleri üzerinden kullanıma sunulan uygulamalar veya oyunlar, eğlence sayfaları ve forumlar, uygulamalar ve/veya oyunlarla bağlantılı hizmetlerin hepsini ifade eder.
  • Bundan böyle ” Siz, Sizler, Kullanıcılar “; Joker Game’in Hizmetler’inden faydalanan kişilerin hepsini ifade eder.
  • Joker Game, Hizmetler’den faydalanan Kullanıcılar’ın gizlilik haklarına saygı duymaktadır. İşbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda; Kullanıcılar ile ilgili hangi bilgileri, nasıl ve neden topladığımızı, bu bilgileri nasıl kullandığımızı ve kimlerle paylaştığımızı, bu bilgilere nasıl eriştiğimizi ve bilgileri ne şekilde güncellediğimizi, bilgilerin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu belirtmekteyiz.
  • Hizmetler’e erişim sağladığınızda, Hizmetler’i ziyaret ettiğinizde veya cihazınıza indirdiğinizde / yüklediğinizde / kurduğunuzda, kullandığınızda, faydalandığınızda işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nı ve Hizmet Koşulları’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz ve Hizmetler aracılığı ile sahip olunan tüm bilgi ve belgelerin işbu belge dahilinde kullanılmasında / işlenmesinde / saklanmasında sakınca olmadığını açıkça kabul ve beyan etmiş olursunuz. 
  • Joker Game’in üçüncü kişilerin eylemlerinden, internet sitelerinin içeriğinden, söz konusu üçüncü kişilere sağladığınız bilgilerin ya da üçüncü kişilerin sunduğu hizmetlerin kullanımından sorumlu olmadığını belirtiriz.
  • Joker Game, işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nı güncelleme / revize etme hakkını kendi bünyesinde saklı tutmaktadır. Hizmetler’den faydalanmaya devam ettiğiniz sürece işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda ki güncelleme / revize etme durumlarında da işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nın en güncel halini kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
  • İşbu Gizlilik Politikası’nı ve/veya Kullanım Şartları Sözleşmesi’ni kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmetler’den faydalanmamanız gerektiğini önemle bildiririz.

Hizmetler’imizden faydalanmadan önce işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nı ve Kullanım Şartları Sözleşmesi’ni dikkatlice okumanız gerektiğini bildirir ve önemle tavsiye ederiz.

1) TOPLANILAN BİLGİLER VE BUNLARI NASIL TOPLADIĞIMIZA DAİR AÇIKLAMALAR

Bilgi toplama amacımız; Hizmetler’den kolayca faydalanmanızı sağlamak, Hizmetler’in kullanımını yönetmek ve/veya takip edebilmek, Hizmetler’le ilgili destek verebilmek ve en iyi Hizmet deneyimini sağlamak adına analizler yapabilmektir. Bunlar amaçlar doğrultusunda Joker Game, Hizmetler’den faydalanmaya başladığınız süre itibari ile Kişisel Bilgi’lerinizi (Hizmetler içerisinde oluşturduğunuz, kayıt olurken beyan ettiğiniz bilgiler) kaydedebilecek, saklayabilecek/depolayabilecek, işleyebilecek ve gerektiği durumlarda üçüncü kişilerle paylaşabilecek veya devredebilecektir.

 1.1 Üçüncü Taraflar’dan Edinilen Bilgiler

Hizmetler’imize herhangi bir sosyal ağ yolu ile ve/veya üçüncü taraflar aracılığı ile bağlanmanız, faydalanmanız, erişim sağlamanız halinde, Joker Game, Üçüncü Taraflar’dan sizlerin ve bahsi geçen Üçüncü Taraflar’ın izin verdiği ölçüde bilgilerinize ulaşabilir, toplayabilir, kaydedebilir. Aynı şekilde Joker Game bu üçüncü taraflar ile bazı bilgilerinizi paylaşabilir. Bu gibi durumlarda bu üçüncü tarafların Gizlilik Politikalarını da okumanız gerekir. Üçüncü taraflardan alabileceğimiz bilgiler;

  • Ad – Soyad bilginiz,
  • Profil fotoğrafınız,
  • Herkese açık bilgileriniz,
  • Arkadaşlarınızın herkese açık bilgileri,
  • E-Posta adresiniz,
  • Üçüncü taraflarda tanımlı konum ve/veya lokasyon bilgileriniz,
  • Cinsiyetiniz,
  • Doğum gününüz ve yaşınız,
  • Siz veya üçüncü tarafların Joker Game ile paylaştığı diğer tüm bilgilerdir.

Hizmetler’den faydalandığınız cihazlar üzerinden aldığımız bilgiler;

  • İnternet Protokol(IP) adresiniz,
  • Ortak Erişim Yönetimi(MAC),
  • Uluslararası Mobil Ekipman Kimliği(IMEI),
  • İşletim sistemi versiyonu,
  • Cihaz donanımı,
  • Hizmetlerle ilgili kullanım zamanları ve istatistik veriler gibi bilgileri toplayabilir ve kaydedebiliriz.

Hizmetler’den faydalanan diğer Kullanıcılar’ın sizinle ilgili erişebileceği bilgiler;

  • Ad – Soyad bilginiz,
  • Profil Fotoğrafınız,
  • Cinsiyetiniz,
  • Yaşınız, Burç bilginiz,
  • Üçüncü Taraflar yolu ile bağlandıysanız orada kayıtlı olan konum ve/veya lokasyon bilginiz,
  • Hizmetler’de ki istatistiklerinizdir.

Hizmetler’in içerisinde reklamlar da bulunmaktadır. Reklam gösterimleri için kullanılan / anlaşılan Üçüncü Taraflar, bu bilgilerin hepsine veya bazılarına anonim olarak veya anonim olmadan ulaşabilirler.

Hizmetler’in içerisinde, kayıt olmanız sırasında bağlandığınız Sosyal Ağ Paylaşım özelliklerine bağlı çalışan “Davet Et” düğmesi bulunmaktadır. Bu butonlar, Hizmetler’in hangi alanını ziyaret ettiğiniz ile ilgili bilgileri toplayabilirler. Bu ve buna benzer butonlar / yönlendirmeler üçüncü taraflardan ve/veya doğrudan Hizmetler’imiz üzerinden sunulabilir. Bu özelliklerle olan paylaşımlarınız bu özelliği sunan tarafın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

Hizmetler içerisinde oluşturduğunuz tüm bilgiler “Gerçek Kimliğinizden (Uyruğunda bulunduğunuz ülkenin sizin için oluşturduğu yasal kimlik)” ayrı olarak addedilmektedir.

1.2 Analizler Aracılığıyla Edinilen Bilgiler

Joker Game, Hizmetler’inin işlevselliğini takip edebilmek için analiz yazılımlarını barındırmakta ve kullanmaktadır. Hizmetler’in kullanımını geliştirmek, performanslarını arttırmak ve faydalandığınız deneyimleri arttırmak için Hizmetler’de gerektiğinde;

  • Küçük elektronik veri parçaları çerezler,
  • Hangi alanlara erişildiğinin bilgisini tutan işaretçiler,
  • Hizmetler içerisinde gerçekleşen olayları veritabanına kaydeden yazılım parçaları,
  • Joker Game ve/veya ortak çalışma yürüttüğü oluşumların ilişkili reklam vermelerini sağlayan etiketler kullanabiliriz.

Bilgisi verilen bu teknolojiler; Hizmetler’in kullanıldığı cihazları çalıştırma, bu cihazlarda reklam gösterme, cihazlara casus yazılım olarak etki etme gibi durumları barındırmayan küçük elektronik bilgi parçalarıdır. Bu teknolojileri;

  • Hizmetler’e nereden erişildiği bilgisini,
  • Kullanılan cihazların donanımını,
  • İşletim sistemini ve tarayıcının türünü ve bunların dillerini,
  • MAC Adresini, IMEI Adresini ve IP Adresini,
  • Kullanılan platform türünü,
  • Belirli alanlarda geçirilen süreleri,
  • Hizmetler’den faydalanma sürelerini,
  • Hizmetler’deki Kullanıcı davranışlarını görebilmek için kullanmaktayız.

Joker Game bu bilgileri gerektiği takdirde, Hizmetler’de ki Kullanıcı bilgileriniz ile eşleştirebilir. Ayrıca Hizmetler’in içerisinde yer alan, reklam yayınlamakta görevli şirketlerin de çerez ya da diğer izleme teknolojilerini kullanabileceğini ve bu bilgilerin kullanımının ilgili şirketlerin kendi politikalarına tabi olduğunu belirtiriz. Gizlilik Politikamız; üçüncü tarafların analiz ve izleme araçlarının kullanımını kapsamamaktadır.

1.3 Herkese Açık Alanlardan Edinilen Bilgiler

Hizmetler ile ilişkili olarak herkesin erişim sağlayabileceği bloglar ve bilgi paylaşım alanlarında veya Hizmetler içerisindeki açık sohbet alanlarında, yapacağınız tüm paylaşımların kamuya açık hale geleceğini ve Joker Game ve/veya üçüncü taraflar tarafından toplanılabilir, kaydedilir, kullanılabilir olduğunu bilmektesiniz. Bu tür paylaşımlardan doğacak risk ve anlaşmazlıklardan tamamen şahsınızın sorumlu olduğunu kabul ve beyan etmektesiniz.

1.4 Uygulama İçi Satışlar’dan Edinilen Bilgiler

Hizmetler’in içerisinde faydalanmak üzere Dijital / Sanal kalemler (Üyelik çeşitleri, Çipler) satın alabilirsiniz. Satın alma işlemi için kullanılan cihazın ait olduğu platformdaki Uygulama Mağazası’na yönlendirilirsiniz. İlgili Platform’da ödeme işleminin tamamlanması için finansal bilgileriniz ve e-posta bilgisi, telefon numarası, adres bilgisi gibi sair bilgiler olabilir. Joker Game, satın alma işlemini kendisi yapmamakta ve platformların satış sistemlerini kullanmaktadır. Bundan dolayı Joker Game, satın alma işleminde kullanılan Gerçek Kimlik bilgisi, finansal bilgi gibi bilgilerin güvenliğinden mesul tutulamaz.  Bu bilgilerin kullanımı tamamen ilgili platformun gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

1.5 Joker Game İle İletişime Geçildiğinde Edinilen Bilgiler

Hizmetler’den faydalanmak ve/veya Hizmetler ile ilişkili konularda herhangi bir şekilde destek almak istediğinizde, Joker Game, ulaşım araçlarınızı kaydedebilir, toplayabilir. Joker Game destek ekipleri ile yapılan tüm yazışmaları ve bu yazışmalarda beyan edilen bilgileri destek hizmetleri dahilinde Siz’inle iletişime geçebilmek, Hizmetler’i iyileştirmek için kullanabilir ve saklayabilir.

Joker Game’e iş başvurusunda bulunmak için gönderdiğiniz / paylaştığınız bilgiler ve Joker Game’e başta web sitesi olmak üzere sair tüm kanallardan gönderdiğiniz özgeçmişiniz toplanmaktadır. Joker Game, bu bilgileri sizlerle yapacağı görüşmelerde kullanmak, pozisyon için gerekli niteliklere sahip olup olmadığınızı belirlemek amacıyla kullanmaktadır.

2-) BİLGİLERİ NASIL KULLANDIĞIMIZA DAİR AÇIKLAMALAR

Bilgileri; Kullanıcılar’a keyifli ve iyi bir Hizmet deneyimi sunmak için toplamaktayız. Bu bilgileri, işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda belirtilen amaçlarla ve bunlara bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere yasal düzenlemeler dahilinde kullanabiliriz. Bunlar;

  • Kullanıcılar ile iletişime geçmek, Hizmetler içerisindeki iletişimi sağlayabilmek,
  • Hizmetler için teknik destek sağlayabilmek ve sorulara yanıt verebilmek,
  • Her Kullanıcı’ya özel Hesap oluşturabilmek,
  • Hizmetler’den faydalananların yaşadıkları deneyimleri arttırmak, geliştirmek, düzenlemek,
  • Kullanıcılar’ı Hizmetler ile ilgili anlık olaylardan, güncellemelerden haberdar etmek,
  • Ticari ve pazarlama amaçlı bilgilendirmeler sağlayabilmektir.

2.1 Bilgi Paylaşımı

Joker Game, yürürlükteki yasalar dahilinde toplu olarak edindiği bilgileri(anonim bilgiler); birlikte çalıştığı ve/veya çalışmayı düşündüğü üçüncü taraflar ile ve bunlarla sınırlı kalmayarak ticari işlemleri için paylaşabilir ve/veya kullanabilir. Ancak aşağıda belirtilen amaçlar ile bilgilerinizi anonim hale getirmeden de paylaşabilir. Bunlar;

  • Herhangi bir hukuki süreç(mahkeme kararı veya celbi, arama emri gibi) olması halinde,
  • Uygulanması gereken kanun veya kanuni düzenleme olması halinde,
  • Emniyet mercilerinin veya resmi kurumların yasal taleplerinin olması halinde,
  • Hizmetler ile ilgili bir hilenin, dolandırıcılığın, usulsüz kullanımın, güvenlik sorununun, teknik sorunların tespit edilmesinin gerekli olduğu durumlarda,
  • Joker Game’in ve/veya Hizmetler’inin, varlıklarının, güvenliğinin, çalışanlarının ve bunların haklarının ve/veya güvenliğinin korunmasının gerekli olduğu durumlarda,
  • Joker Game’in Hizmetler’inin, varlıklarının, faaliyetlerinin bunların tamamının yada bunlardan bir kısmının satışı, bölüştürülmesi, devredilmesi, pazarlanması söz konusu olduğunda,
  • Anlaşılan hizmet sağlayıcılar ile(Müşteri hizmetleri ve desteği sunmak, kişisel bilgilerin saklanması ve/veya depolanması, analiz işlemlerinin yapılması gibi işler için Joker Game üçüncü taraflar ile anlaşarak çalışabilir) bilgilerinizi anonim hale getirmeden paylaşma hakkını kendi bünyesinde saklı tutar.

2.2. Üçüncü Taraflar ve Reklamlar

Hizmetler’imizin hepsi veya bir kısmı Kullanıcılar’a ücretsiz şekilde faydalandırma sağlamak için reklamlar içerebilir. Bu reklamlar; üçüncü taraf hizmetlere ait sitelere, hizmetlere ve bunlarla sınırlı kalmaksızın birçok bağlantıya erişmenizi sağlayabilir. Bunlara eriştiğiniz anda Joker Game’e ait Hizmetler’den çıkarsınız. Bu hizmetler’e erişiminizden Joker Game sorumlu değildir. Bu reklamlar Hizmetler içerisinde yer aldığı takdirde reklamları verenler;

  • Gösterilen reklamların tıklanma sayıları ve performanslarını,
  • Genel kullanıcı profil istatistiklerini,
  • Cihaz bilgilerinizi ve bunlarla sınırlı kalmaksızın birçok anonim bilginize ulaşabilirler.

Hizmetler üzerinde bulunan ve/veya erişiminizi başka platformlara yönlendiren üçüncü taraf hizmetleriyle bağlantı kurmayı seçmeniz halinde(URL adreslerine tıklamak, reklamlarına tıklamak, davetlerini kabul etmek) işbu Gizlilik Taahhüdü geçerli sayılmayacaktır. Söz konusu üçüncü tarafların, kişisel bilgilerinizi toplamasının/kaydetmesinin ve kullanmasının Joker Game ve Hizmetler’inin sorumluluğunda olmadığını açıkça beyan ederiz.

2.3. Veri Saklama ve Verilerinizin Güvenliği

Joker Game, edindiği tüm bilgileri yürürlükteki yasalar dahilinde izin verilen süreler boyunca hem çevrimiçi hem de çevrimdışı güvenlik önlemleri ile saklamakta ve korumaktadır. Hizmetlerimiz’e sosyal ağları kullanarak bağlandıysanız bu sosyal ağ hesaplarınızı ve cihazlarınızı korumanızı öneririz. Zira bu cihazları ve/veya hesapları sizden izinsiz olarak eline geçirecek kişiler Hizmetler’den sizin yerinize faydalanabilirler. Joker Game, kullanıcılarının kendilerine sunduğu kişisel bilgileri, güvenlik amacıyla hazırlanmış prosedürler dahilinde(güvenlik duvarları, veri şifreleme vb), sektör standartlarına uygun ve makul şekillerde korumaktadır. Ancak hiçbir güvenlik önlemi tamamen güvenli sayılmaz. Bu durumlarda Joker Game koruduğu ve muhafaza ettiği bilgilerin tam güvenliğini sağlamak için çalışmakta ancak mutlak güvenliklerini garanti etmemektedir. Bunun yanında Joker Game edindiği bilgilerin doğruluğunu teyit etmekle yükümlü değildir ve teyidini taahhüt etmez. Ayrıca Joker Game, edindiği tüm bilgileri yürürlükteki yasalar dahilinde izin verilen süreler boyunca ve bilgi önemine göre değişken süreler ile saklayabilir.

Hizmetler aracılığı ile edinilen tüm bilgiler, Joker Game’in varlıklarının, Hizmetler’inin, ortaklıklarının, faaliyetlerinin, yerleşkelerinin veya Hizmet Sağlayıcılarının bulunduğu tüm coğrafi bölgelerde saklanabilir, depolanabilir ve işlenebilir niteliktedir. Hizmetler’in kullanıcıları işbu Gizlilik Politikası’nda belirtilen coğrafi bölgelerde bilgilerinin saklanabilir, depolanabilir ve işlenebilir olduğunu kabul ve beyan etmektedirler.

2.4. Kişisel Bilgilerin Silinmesi ve Düzenlenmesi

Kişisel Bilgilerin Silinmesi veya Düzenlenmesi Herhangi bir nedenle Kişisel Bilgilerinizi değiştirmek veya silmek isterseniz lütfen bize, support@jokergame.net adresine bir e-posta gönderin; bu tür Kişisel Bilgileri geçerli gizlilik yasaları uyarınca değiştirmek veya silmek için makul çabayı göstereceğiz.

3-) UYUŞMAZLIK DURUMLARI VE ESAS ALINACAK HUKUK

Joker Game ile aranızda bir uyuşmazlık doğması halinde, doğrudan oyun içinde bir destek kaydı açarak ya da support@jokergame.net üzerinden çözüm bulmak amacıyla İLK ÖNCE JOKER GAME İLE İRTİBATA GEÇMENİZ GEREKMEKTEDİR. İşbu Gizlilik Politikası dahilinde Joker Game ile Hizmetler’inden faydalananlar arasında meydana gelebilecek uyuşmazlıklar olması halinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabi olacağını ve İstanbul Merkez(Kadıköy) mahkemeleri ve icra dairelerinin yargı yetkisine gireceğini ve söz konusu mahkemeler tarafından çözüme kavuşturulacağını Kullanıcılar kabul ve beyan etmektedirler.

4-) YETİŞKİN OLMAYAN BİREYLERE YÖNELİK POLİTİKA

Hizmetler’imiz, 13 yaşının altındaki çocuklara uygun olmadığı için onlara sunulmamaktadır. Bununla ilişkili olarak Joker Game, 13 yaşının altında ki çocuklardan kişisel bilgilerini bilerek toplamaz, kaydetmez, istemez. Yanlış bilgi dolayısı ile 13 yaş altındaki çocukların herhangi bir bilgisi toplanmış, kaydedilmiş ise ilk tespit edilmesinden sonra bu bilgiler silinecek ve o hesapların Hizmetler’e erişimi sonlandırılacaktır. 18 yaşının altında olmanız halinde(yetişkin olmamanız), Hizmetler’den faydalanmak için ebeveynlerinizin veya yasal vasilerinizin onayını almanız gerekmektedir. Ebeveynler’in yetişkin olmayan(18 yaş altında) çocuklarına, hiçbir kişisel bilgilerini, kendilerinin(ebeveynlerinin) onayı olmadan vermemeleri yönünde uyarmalarını önemle tavsiye ederiz. Yetişkin olmayan Kullanıcılar hakkında birinci dereceden yakınların veya yasal vasilerin herhangi bir sorun ve/veya ikilem yaşamaları durumunda bilgi almak için support@jokergame.net e-posta adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçmeleri gerekmektedir.

5-)JOKER GAME İLE BAĞLANTI KURUN

İşbu Gizlilik Politikası hakkında herhangi bir sorunuz ve talebiniz olması halinde lütfen support@jokergame.net adresi üzerinden e-posta yolu ile bizlerle iletişime geçiniz. Herhangi bir talebiniz olması durumunda support@jokergame.net e-posta adresine Gerçek Kimliğiniz’de bulunan tam isminizle, Hizmetler’e kayıt olduğunuz e-posta adresinizle ve sorununuzu / ihtiyacınızı açıklayıcı şekilde Türkçe veya İngilizce dillerinde yazarak ulaştırmalısınız. Her türlü talebinize 30 iş günü içerisinde geri dönüş sağlanacaktır.

İşbu Gizlilik Politikası’nın bir kısmını yada tamamını kabul etmemeniz durumunda Hizmetler’den faydalanmayı bırakmanız gerektiğini kabul ve beyan etmektesiniz.

  • Joker Game produces and publishes social games for web and mobile devices for entertainment purposes. Hereinafter, “Joker Game” or “We” means Joker Game Bilisim A.S., its affiliates, parent companies, joint ventures and other institutional entities under its joint ownership and/or their representatives, agents, consultants, employees, managers and directors and all enterprises associated with Joker Game A.S. in this Privacy Policy.
  • Hereinafter, “Services” means the applications or games, entertainment pages and forums, which are owned by Joker Game, and Joker Game has the right to have an impact on legally and technically and put into use over the application stores and open access websites particularly on our website jokergame.net, Google Play, App Store, Facebook, Facebook Gameroom, Windows store and Amazon and/or all the services that are connected to these games,
  • Hereinafter, “You, You All, Users” mean all of the people benefiting from the Services of Joker Game.
  • Joker Game respects the privacy rights of the Users benefiting from the Services. In this Privacy Policy, we state how and why we gathered the information related to the Users, which information we gather, how we use this information and with whom we share it, how we access this information and how we update it, and how the information is gathered, used, and kept.
  • When you access and visit the Services or when you download/load/install the Services to your device, and when you use them or benefit from them, you deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and you deemed to have accepted and declared explicitly that you don’t have any reservations for all the information and documents, which are acquired through the Services, to be used/processed/kept within the scope of this document.
  • We state that Joker Game is not responsible for the actions of third parties, the contents of websites, the use of the information provided by you to such third parties or of the services provided by third parties.
  • Joker Game reserves the right to update/revise this Privacy Policy within itself. As long as you continue to benefit from the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to the most current version of this Privacy Policy as well in the events that this Privacy Policy is updated/revised.
  • If you do not agree on this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use, we strongly inform that you must not benefit from the Services.

Before benefiting from our Services, we inform you and strongly recommend you that you must read this “Privacy Policy” and the “Terms of Use” carefully.

1) EXPLANATIONS ON THE GATHERED INFORMATION AND HOW WE GATHERED THEM

All the information that you create within the Services is deemed to be separate from your “Real Identity” (The legal identity that was established for you by the country, which you are a citizen of).

You may purchase Digital / Virtual items (Membership types, Chips) to benefit within the Services. You are forwarded to the App Store on the platform where the device, which is used for the purchase, belongs. There may be some other information in the relevant Platform such as financial information, e-mail information, phone number and address information to complete the payment process. Joker Game does not make purchase transaction by itself, and uses the sales systems of the platforms. Therefore, Joker Game shall not be held responsible for the security of the information, such as Real Identification information and the financial information used in the purchasing process. The use of such information shall be entirely subject to the privacy policy of the relevant platform.

1.5 Information Obtained When Contacting With Joker Game

When you wish to benefit from the Services and/or get support in any way related to the Services, Joker Game may record and collect your access devices. Joker Game may use and keep all the correspondences made with Joker Game support teams and the information declared in such correspondences in order to communicate with You within the scope of the support services and to improve the Services. The information that was sent/shared to/with Joker Game by you in order to make a job application, and your resume that you sent to Joker Game from all other channels, particularly from its website, are gathered. 3-) DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

In case a dispute arises between you and Joker Game, YOU NEED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH JOKER GAME AT FIRST in order to find a solution by opening a support entry directly in the game or over support@joker.games. In case there are disputes that may arise between the beneficiaries of the Services and Joker Game within the scope of this Privacy Policy, the Users accept and declare that these disputes shall be subjected to the legislation of the Republic of Turkey, Istanbul Central (Kadikoy) courts and enforcement offices shall be authorized to settle these disputes, and these disputes shall be settled by these courts.

4-) POLICY FOR MINORS

Our Services are not provided to the children under 13 years old, since they are not appropriate for them. In relation to that, Joker Game doesn’t knowingly collect, record and ask for the personal information of children under 13 years old.
